I’ve been training with Kia for about a year, and I’m so happy I took that step. She’s incredibly diligent, creating workouts that are easy to follow (including short videos to demonstrate each exercise) and set up for every day. So, even when you aren’t training one to one with her, she still has set you up for success by designing solid workouts to do on your own. She takes into account any movement restrictions or injuries. She also is clearly client-motivated, taking the time to check in with me and make sure things are set up for me to succeed in the goals I have. I told her I wanted to run a 5k without stopping, so she adjusted my cardio to have me do different lengths and speeds and types of runs for months before my 5k, and got me to that point where I did meet that goal! On top of being an overall great trainer professionally, on a personal level she’s engaging and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate her immensely!
