I have been a personal trainer for over 8 years and have done virtual online personal training for just over 2 years. I have a certification and a degree in Exercise Science. I have 2 lovely kids and have had to overcome a knee injury. I myself have experience in dropping weight two different times. Each time I have lost weight I picked up lots of muscle strength. I love fitness, I love nutrition, and I love helping others to get their fitness back.
